Built during the height of the California Gold Rush, the original home was constructed in 1862 when the surrounding lands were alive with mining operations. Acquired by the Schramm family in 1946 and transformed into a family farm, the estate is now in its third generation of family stewardship where we share the natural magic of our home with couples from near and far.

Our all-outdoor venue offers everything you need for a seamless celebration, from a full outdoor kitchen ready for any menu, to convenient portable restrooms. From mid-May through mid-October, we offer the perfect natural backdrop to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, celebrations of life, photo shoots, and all kinds of special gatherings and events.
